Come join TIO for an epic showdown at Rumble! This one day competition will be taking place, alongside the London Floodlit Sevens.
This event is fully inclusive for all levels. Teams of 4 (2 men, 2 women). There will be 4 events throughout the day, with a showdown final for the top teams. Expect bodyweight movements, barbells and machines; no complex gymnastics.
